Expand your Pilates Teaching & Learning Scope by incorporating Cadillac, Wunda Chair & Ladder Barrel in your skillset. These three apparatuses are vital in understanding the entire Pilates ecosystem, and in running private sessions.
This course is run once a year at our Auckland HQ and we train in limited numbers to ensure as much student contact with the Teaching Team & Apparatus.

Course Breakdown
Ladder & Barrel Course consist of online materials, self directed learning, attending group class and IN PERSON DAYS 18th - 19th APRIL 2026 in our HQ studio (Auckland cbd).
You can also enroll in this course by bundling it with the Cadillac Course.
Pre-Requisites for Enrollment
You are required to have attended the In Person portion of a Mat or Reformer Teacher Training Course. However, you do not have to finished certification prior to attending the course.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Bundles are not refundable as they consist multiple courses, we would offer a transfer of course for Teacher Training to another cohort, but all purchases are final.

How long to I have access to the content?
You will receive 1 year access from the day you buy to help you in your first year of teaching, compared to 6 month access when purchasing just the Cadillac Pilates or Ladder Barrel Course individually.
You will receive a hard copy of the manual for cadillac and barrel and chair course as part of the course fee.
Do I need to finish all my online content for before Cadillac and Ladder & Chair before heading into practical dates?
No, you can hop into the practical course before finishing the online component. You will only need to then arrange a later time with The SO Academy once you finish your online and self directed hours to complete your certification.
You will need to ensure that your payments have all completed to complete certification.
