Mat Course is fully online + self directed/guided with the option to upgrade to an online + in person course in future for a discounted rate.
Reformer Course consist of online materials, self directed learning, attending group class and IN PERSON DAYS 29th MAY 2026 - 1st JUNE 2026 in our HQ studio (Auckland cbd).

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Bundles are not refundable as they consist multiple courses, we would offer a transfer of course for Teacher Training to another cohort, but all purchases are final.
How long to I have access to the content?
You will receive 1 year access from the day you buy to help you in your first year of teaching, compared to 6 month access when purchasing just the Reformer Teacher Training Course.
You will receive a hard copy of the manual for reformer course as part of the course fee. Mat course manual is available for purchase, please email admin@sofitness.co.nz to enquire.
Do I need to finish all my online content for Reformer before heading into practical dates?
No, you can hop into the practical course before finishing the online component. You will only need to then arrange a later time with The SO Academy to take your completion exam once you finish your online and self directed hours.
You will need to ensure that your payments have all completed before taking your exam.
