Meet Your Instructor
Nicole is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Otago in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPhty) in 2016. She received her Clinical Pilates Instructor qualifications in all Pilates equipment as well as Pre & Post Natal Pilates in 2017. She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture (PGCert Acup) from Auckland University of Technology, and a Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy from The University of Melbourne.
Nicole has trained overseas in many of her special interests including Pelvic Floor Health, Functional Movement, and Anatomy. Some of her other qualifications includes NKT, SFMA, FMS, ID, Mulligan and Mackenzie Technique.
Nicole believes in holistic care, and the importance of teaching people to take control of their health. Nicole is passionate in Pilates among with her other qualifications and incorporates it in the care of her clients. She is the founder of SO Physio and the co-founder of SO Fitness™ & Head Trainer of The SO Academy™
