TSA’S 150 HOUR REFORMER PILATES TEACHER TRAINING
In January 2026, we took our Internationally Accredited 150 Hour Reformer Pilates Teacher Training to the stunning Grun Uluwatu Resort, marking yet another sold out Teacher Training in our calendar.
It’s was such an amazing experience for both our Teaching Team and students that blends professional training, personal growth, and the magic of Bali. Here’s a recap of where we stayed, what we did, what we ate (a lot).

Waking up everyday to birds chirping, surrounded by lush greenery, before stepping into an open, bright reformer studio overlooking Uluwatu’s clifftop views. Our training is designed to give you everything you need to become a confident, skilled Reformer Pilates instructor. It is a 150-hour Internationally Accredited Teacher Training, blending online study, self-directed learning, and an intensive in-person experience at Grun Uluwatu Resort. Think Structured Curriculum, Mentorship Model, In-Person Intensive, everything according to The SO Method that works. Our Teacher Training focuses on making youTeacher Ready, equipped not just to demonstrate single moves, but to confidently lead a full class, in what we call Real Life Teaching.
What we loved the most about our Bali Traning is having students come from all over the world (Singapore, Australia, UK, Poland, Germany, Netherlands and of course our Teaching Team from New Zealand). All brought together by our shared love of Pilates, our commitment for quality education and bringing the love and quality Pilates Teaching to every pocket around the world as TSA graduates. We currently have graduates over 14 countries worldwide + counting.

One of the most important part of training and courses is making sure our students are well fed when your brain is working overtime! The Grun team came through with amazing breakfast spread (if you stay at the resort), catered lunch and afternoon tea as part of your tuition fee. Coffee and tea is definitely also a must to keep caffienated to power through the after lunch feed (thank you Grad!). Turning the teacher training course into a true full package experience.
