PRE-REQUISITESStudents must have attended an In Person Mat of Reformer Teacher Training Course prior to attending.
You do not need to have certified in Mat or Reformer prior to attending this course.
This Workshop is Reformer based but Mat students and Instructor will also benefit.

Masterclass Workshop Series Pt 2 - Effective Postural Analysis & What To Do with it?

This 2 hour workshop is designed to help Instructors or Teacher Training Students to improve their Instructor Eye to postural analysis their clients in a quick glance, understanding what body landmarks to look for.
Understanding to then prescribe proper Pilates moves to address these postural issues. Example postural issues can be increased thoracic kyphosis, pelvis anterior pelvic tilt, valgus knees or more.
PRE-REQUISITESStudents must have attended an In Person Mat of Reformer Teacher Training Course prior to attending.
You do not need to have certified in Mat or Reformer prior to attending this course.
