Comprehensive Reformer & Mat Pilates Certification
This training is designed to give you everything you need to become a confident, skilled Reformer or Mat Pilates instructor. Our 135 Mat Teacher Training & 150-hour Reformer Teacher Training, blends online study, self-directed learning, and an intensive in-person experience at Rumah Kayu Resort, Ubud, Bali & Grün Resort in Uluwatu. Structured Curriculum: Covering anatomy, technique, sequencing, and teaching skills.
Mentorship Model: Learn with both online and in-person support, so your journey continues long after Bali.
Flexible Pathway: Once enrolled, you can begin your self-directed and online study hours straight away, then join us for 3 [Mat],4 [Reformer], or 7 [Mat & Reformer] immersive in-person days in Bali.
In-Person Intensive: Expect 8 hours daily of Mat & Reformer practice sessions, practice teaching, and sequencing workshops guided directly by our Master Instructor, Head Trainer, and Physiotherapist Nicole Kwan.
Certification: Completion of the course and international certification comes after you finish all 135 Hour [Mat] or 150 hours [Reformer] (online + in-person) and successfully pass the exam.

That’s why our course combines online learning (before and after Bali) with intensive in-person training at Rumah Kayu Resort & Grün Resort in Bali. You’ll build a strong foundation digitally, then refine your skills face-to-face with expert trainers.
But your journey doesn’t stop once teacher training ends. We also offer an Online Mentorship Program or Mentoring Packages designed to boost your confidence as a new Pilates instructor. This program helps you bridge the gap between training and teaching, guiding you through your next step so you can transition into real-world classes with support, feedback, and encouragement. We don’t leave you hanging after certification.
